About Andrea

I was born in London in the 1970s and, while I embraced city life for a time, I always sensed it wasn’t where I would ultimately belong. My connection to open space and the coast deepened when I moved to the New Forest – a place where I felt more like myself and less like who I thought I should be.

After time in the corporate world, I began to question the path I was on. The loss of my father to cancer when I was eighteen had shaped me more than I realised, and I found it difficult to settle into a life that didn’t feel meaningful. I travelled widely, teaching English, experiencing different cultures and spending time by the sea. On the surface, it looked like freedom — yet underneath, there was grief and sadness I hadn’t allowed myself to fully meet.

A turning point came after my mother’s funeral, when I recognised that much of what I carried had never been given space. I trained in a range of holistic modalities and found purpose in supporting others, while slowly realising that I was still holding my own emotional weight.

Discovering the Akashic Records marked a profound shift. Through this work, I began to see long-held personal, ancestral, and early life patterns with clarity and compassion. With guidance, energy work, and sustained self-inquiry, I was able to let go of what no longer needed to be carried, and to understand how each experience had quietly prepared me for this chapter.

Today, as a mother of two who has navigated multiple international moves and different careers, I support those who have spent much of their lives being capable, responsible, and there for others – and who are now ready to put themselves back into their own lives. My work is for those who feel it’s finally their time to reconnect with themselves and step forward with confidence, clarity, and self-trust
